The cherub you see is one of a set. They both were originally two grey cement stands I then painted in earth tones to look aged and coordinate with the surrounding decor of the room.
This is a metal plaque was painted to look like aged grey stone and enhanced to appear more three dimensional than it actually is using a trompe l'oeil technique
The bed has a natural wood underneath the subtle shabby chic gold and white finish. As you can see in the background the color of the tub metal swirls was matched to the mirror frame finish and the light fixtures were antiqued by altering the original black metal to cream and rust tones.
Matched light backing to coordinate with antique wall piece hanging on adjacent wall
